Caleb Keene – Community Fitness Instructor
If you’re looking for a coach who’s equal parts energy, motivation, and heart—Caleb Keene is your guy.
Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Caleb grew up playing baseball, football, hiking, camping, and going on legendary bike rides. Whether on the field, the trails, or in the kitchen—he’s always been about movement, connection, and pushing the limits of what’s possible.
With over a decade in fine dining and the food industry, plus a unique stint as a personal electric vehicle mechanic, Caleb knows that success—whether it’s a perfectly plated dish, a finely tuned machine, or a fitness breakthrough—comes from dedication, patience, and a whole lot of passion. He’s even graced the cover of Der Spiegel magazine, proving that when he commits, he goes all in.

Paul Rapalo—Strength & Conditioning Coach at Spite Fitness
Along his journey, Paul has also become a powerlifting coach, guiding athletes—some who had never touched a platform—all the way to the national stage. Coaching at Spite Fitness allows him to share his knowledge with those who seek a healthier lifestyle and personal growth.
At Spite Fitness, the community is deeply connected, prioritizing both physical and mental well-being to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone can grow and develop together—not just as a team, but as a family.
Through the community, Paul’s goal is to make life easier through strength and conditioning. Strength and conditioning training enhances overall physical performance by increasing muscle strength, endurance, and power, which translates into improved daily activities and athletic performance. It also supports joint health and reduces injury risk by strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments while promoting better movement mechanics. Additionally, this type of training boosts metabolism, aids in fat loss, improves body composition, and supports cardiovascular health.
Beyond the physical benefits, strength and conditioning also play a vital role in mental well-being, helping to reduce stress, build confidence, and foster resilience. Through these principles, Paul aims to help individuals grow, move better, and eliminate the aches and pains of daily life—whether it’s stepping out of the car or getting out of bed in the morning. His mission is to help each person become the best version of themselves.

Alex “Tåddong” White
Community Fitness Organizer | Community Fitness Instructor | Personal Trainer
Alex “Tåddong” White is a community fitness organizer, fitness instructor, and personal trainer dedicated to helping people transform their relationships with movement, health, and each other. Rooted in inafa’maolek—the CHamoru value of collective care, reciprocity, and interdependence—Tåddong believes that fitness is about more than just individual strength; it’s about lifting each other up and moving forward together.
Their journey into fitness was shaped by personal experience. After years of working grueling 18+ hour days in tech, a sedentary lifestyle led to injuries that put them on disability. That wake-up call sparked a radical shift—one that prioritized movement, well-being, and the power of community to support change. This transformation led them to serve as a wildland firefighter and fireline EMT, where they practiced remote austere wilderness medicine. But in witnessing the long-term effects of neglected health, they realized their true purpose wasn’t just responding to emergencies—it was helping people before they ever needed an ambulance.
Now, as part of Spite Fitness, Tåddong brings that same passion for community-powered transformation to every class and training session. They believe that fitness is better together, and that when people support and challenge each other, everyone goes further. Spite Fitness isn’t just a gym—it’s a place where people show up for one another, push past limits, and celebrate every victory, big or small.
For Tåddong, fitness is more than a personal journey—it’s a collective movement toward stronger, healthier, and more connected communities. Because when we move together, we grow together. And when we grow together, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.
