Download the Spite Fitness Transformation template from our website and print it out. This template will be your constant companion throughout the challenge.

Documenting your transformation journey is an essential part of our “6 Weeks to a New You” Challenge. To capture your progress effectively, we kindly request that you take photographs with the template, using both the front view and side view. This will help us, and you, to truly appreciate the changes happening over the course of six weeks.

Remember to print the Spite Fitness Transformation template and hold it or place it prominently in each photo you take. After completing the 6-week program, kindly submit the before and after photos of your front and side views to our email at Ryan@SpiteFitness.com  Be sure to include your transformative story, highlighting your fitness accomplishments and the challenges you’ve overcome.

Capturing these images consistently will help us better understand your progress, and who knows, you could be the one to win the grand prize of $1000! Let’s record every step and every change of your transformation journey and share your story with the Spite Fitness community.
