Media Release

This Media Usage Policy ("Policy") applies to all clients of Spite Fitness LLC. By agreeing to the terms of this Policy, you ("Client") grant Spite Fitness LLC the right to use your image an
d/or video for marketing and social media purposes.

1. Scope of Policy: This Policy applies to any and all photographs, video footage, and digital images taken by Spite Fitness LLC or its representatives during your participation in any Spite Fitness LLC activities, services or events.
2. Rights Granted: By agreeing to this Policy, you authorize Spite Fitness LLC to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of any and all images, videos, and digital media of you for marketing purposes, which include but are not limited to, publication in brochures, advertisements, websites, social media channels, and any other marketing or promotional materials.
3. Consent: Your agreement to this Policy confirms that you provide your consent freely and understand that this is a blanket authorization for the use of any images or videos taken now or in the future by Spite Fitness LLC.
4. Waiver: By agreeing to this Policy, you waive your right to inspect or approve any materials in which your image or likeness may appear.
5. Release of Liability: You hereby release and hold harmless Spite Fitness LLC, and its employees and representatives from any and all claims for damages, invasion of privacy, or any other claim based on the use of your image as contemplated by this Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the state where Spite Fitness LLC operates. By consenting to this Media Usage Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the Policy.
