My Story
Before I changed my focus from fine dining to fitness, I spent years catering major movie sets, cooking for professional athletes and sports teams like the Oakland Raiders, and as the executive chef of various high end restaurants and private clubs, including Bohemian Grove.
As great as I was at preparing food, I had a pretty bad relationship with it myself. That’s what happens when you grow up with food scarcity. I actually believed that green beans came from a can. How crazy is that!? That’s why when I learned I was going to be a father, I knew I had to overcome the emotional issues I had with food to make sure my son wouldn’t grow up believing the same thing.
In order to break that cycle I had to replace my entire belief system with a healthy mindset that my son, wife, and myself could all embrace together.
