Years ago, I was spiraling down the exhausting whirlpool of sleep deprivation and inconsistency, with stress being the unseen monster lurking in the shadows, gradually taking its toll on my health. I tried numerous popular remedies – counting sheep, sipping chamomile tea, reading late into the night – yet the elusive wonder of sleep still remained a distant dream. That’s when reality dawned upon me: To stop treating the symptoms, and start addressing the core problem. The lack of my sleep consistency.
